BRACE

Last updated October 7, 2026
BRACE is built for teens, so we collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- A first name you choose and a color for your initial. No last name, email, phone number, or photo is required.
- The promises you make each day and whether you marked them kept or tomorrow.
- Which circles you belong to, and the encouragements you send or receive (like "with you" or "praying for you").
- Reports you send about a concern.
- If a parent buys BRACE Plus, our payment provider (Stripe) processes the payment. We receive the buyer's email and the teen's BRACE code. We never see card numbers.
Who can see what
- The text of your daily promise is visible only to you.
- Members of your circle can see your first name, your streak, and whether you showed up and checked in today.
- There is no public feed and no way for strangers to find you. People can only join a circle with its code.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't show ads.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. Your profile, promises, encouragements, and circle memberships are deleted right away. You can also email us to request deletion.
Age
BRACE is for people 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 is using BRACE, contact us and we will delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
